After about 10 years, my combined furnace and heat pump were no longer performing as they should. The system components were made by Trane. Nickel sent a tech to my home who was excellent. Technically proficient, methodical, and a great communicator. He diagnosed the fault, and returned about a week later to replace a defective component. He came as scheduled, was respectful of my home, and took the time to explain everything he'd done, and how he'd set it up for maximum economy of operation. Highly recommended.
They installed (2) HVAC systems in our new home 4 years ago. Excellent quality, clear communication, good pricing and NO SERVICE ISSUES. Highly recommend.
Rude service I called to get some information about the Trane furnace and AC brand as these guys are preferred dealer for them. Upon my inquiry the guy quoted me a price which was without any merits. I still dealt professionally and mentioned to him about the quote received from the Costco Lennox. His response "why you calling me and wasting my time"? As a customer, its my right to check around, gather information and make informed decision. This type of business shouldn't be marked as preferred dealer by Trane itself.
