Recently had to do some urgent repairs to my Xero turn mower, Parts came in within a reasonable time and once they arrived because I had my unit dropped off there already, Their service department was able to get it in and repaired within a few days. This is the 2nd time in the last month where Mike and his team behind the counter have gone above and beyond to help me when my equipment is down. Very Much appreciated . and of course thank you to Ryan for being on top of everything parts wise.
Really hate to do this to a business I’ve dealt with for a long time. But good grief. Walked into Nickel City Motors ready to buy a STIHL KM 131 powerhead. Should have been the easiest sale of the day. First guy I saw snapped at me for saying hello because he was apparently on the phone, even though he was silent and I had no idea.
