Excellent customer service. Move in was easy and completed the application over the phone. I would certainly recommend Nickel City for storage.
Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. Office js friendly and entire process was very convenient since everything can be done quickly online and there is no need to go to an office in order to access your unit the first time. One of the best features is the 24-hour access, which made it so easy to get to my belongings whenever I needed without worrying about office hours.
I just recently got a 10' x 10' unit for an entire apartment worth of furnishings, literally.... As long as you know what you can physically do with the space you have, it'll just be a cakewalk! Unit was clean and dry, and I've been by the unit multiple times just to see if the recent downpours might have affected any of my stuff, and all is great! I would recommend Nickel City Storage to anyone and everyone that is looking for somewhere to safely store they're belongings.
Do NOT rent from this facility. There’s no security, no lighting so definitely don’t go there when it’s dark out, and I saw rats the size of a cat and they looked hungry. ABSOLUTELY AVOID GOING HERE FOR ANY REASON. Their overall rating is so far in the negative, they owe me stars
