If there were ten stars, I would give Katie a 10-star review! She gives an excellent massage in an incredibly relaxing, calm, atmosphere. Her professionalism is outstanding and she is a pleasure to chat with during the massage if conversation is wanted. There is no problem with scheduling or rescheduling as Katie is extremely accomodating and accessible and responds quickly to texts, emails, phone calls, etc. There are also a few reminders and confirmations of the appointment along the way which is very helpful.
