Nice apartments, however no elevator and limited management/oversight with larger issues
My wife and I rented a loft here for close to a couple years and were always impressed with the quality, super friendly staff (Leander is the man!), and the location is pretty great. The staff at Glendale was always responsive to issues, flexible, and just all in all great people to work with. Honestly love it here so much. The apartment my husband and I share here has tall ceilings, big windows, open concept. The aesthetic of the apartment is just gorgeous, it’s modern but in an old building. It has all the amenities, with garage parking or lot parking. We paid for the garage spot, which is worth it during Buffalo winters. The apartment building is very secure and we all have fobs to get in, I honestly have always felt safe here. My daughter and I lived here for a year, after moving to Buffalo from out of state. We just bought a house and had to leave, which we actually hated to do, because we fell in love w the apartment and the people who manage the property. The apartment was sleek and modern and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we wanted, was airy w huge windows, central heat/ac, 2.5 baths, underground parking downstairs, washer/dryer, huge kitchen pantry.
