I moved into Nickel City Lofts, managed by Glendale Management, in the middle of June 2026. Unfortunately, if I had known then what I know now, I would not have moved into this property. Since moving in, I have experienced multiple serious maintenance and sanitation issues, including mice, insects coming through openings/holes, repeated plumbing backups, overflowing toilets, and water backing up into the bathtub to the point that I could not shower or use the toilet. Recently moved into Nickel City Lofts and it has been a great experience working with Eric. He made sure our move in was great and helped immediately with any requests we had. Loving our new apartment!
Nice apartments, however no elevator and limited management/oversight with larger issues
My wife and I rented a loft here for close to a couple years and were always impressed with the quality, super friendly staff (Leander is the man!), and the location is pretty great. The staff at Glendale was always responsive to issues, flexible, and just all in all great people to work with. The team worked with us when it was time to move, were up front with things like security deposit, final walkthroughs, etc. Prior to renting from Glendale, we rented a townhome from HJA Management Co. and had a nightmarish experience s... read more
