I only have good things to say. They are fast and friendly. I've never felt like I've been ripped off. Never a long wait either. Very professional. They have a clean area, which is nuts because it is a messy job to do. I stopped going to a different can return establishment because they has zero customer service- they ignored me, no pleasantries, very slow. Way quicker and easier than grocery store returns (and accept NYS redemption that grocery chains don't accept) and the staff was super nice and friendly! The staff let me know when I had a can that snuck in that wasnt redeemable in New York, which was nice :) I will be going here from now on!
If I could give no stars, I would. I know I had over $50 in bottles, I had to make five trips to my truck to get them all. $28 was bs. They are crooked. Don’t go there. I never will again. Im a contractor. Numbers are my thing!!!
