If we could give this guy zero stars, we would. He failed to get us accurate, up front figures ahead of time for the sale of our commercial business. His ineptitude led us to find out the night before closing that the figure was actually $25,000 less than what his original number had been. The proceeds were going toward purchases of other properties, so accuracy was extremely important.
