Nick was recommended to us by a friend of a friend. At our first meeting he was very informative and respectful of the fact that we had just lost our mother. He did not pressure us as we were cleaning out mom’s house and was available to answer any of our questions. When we were finally ready to put the house on the market he took care of all the necessary items and we had an offer within 4 days. All in all he did a great job! I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their house.
