I found Nick to be very helpful! Not only did he teach me how to do things for my pool he taught me the "why" parts as well and had me repeat the steps several times until I got it down. Then he sat with me and we made a daily checklist so pool school was great! Checklist doesn't have to be rigid but it keeps daily tasks to a minimum. Thanks Nick!
They made a schedule to come install pool timer, on the day of schedule they called and told me I have to wait week for part to arrive. After that they ghost me. They don't call back ot pick up call. Unprofessional. At least let me know what happen but nothing. Wasting people time. would not recommend them.
The pool company I normally use kept rescheduling my pool closing so I decided to call Nick the pool guy! FAST, RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY! DEFINITELY MY GO TO FROM NOW ON FOR ALL OF MY POOL NEEDS!
We had nick come out to open and vacuum our pool. Worst decision we ever made. The pool looks exactly the same as it did before and now our pool filter isn’t working when it is a brand new filter. Didn’t let us know when he arrived or when he left for the last time. Probably because he knew he messed up our pool. I will never recommend or use his services again!
I just purchased a house with an ungrounded pool and needed to have it opening. Nick the Pool Guy had been doing that and was familiar with the property. I was able to schedule an appointment in good time and Marlon and Colt contacted me a half hour before arriving. I met them at the house and they quickly got the job done. They also explained all of the pool equipment and operations to me before leaving. A very positive experience.
