Nice guys but quality of work is lacking. All other pool companies that close the pool, put ladders in the shed, all other hardware in shed and provide a warranty when opening the pool. I have reached out several times for my warranty, no response. My lawyer will send them a letter soon.
Nick and his crew did an excellent job on an overhaul of the pool that came with my new house. Then he taught me how to maintain it
Nick and his team are great. They are very customer service oriented which is not so common these days. We needed help with our inground pool since it wasn't clearing up after we opened it. I did a quick google search and took a chance. They came out right away and even worked in the rain to get the job done. I would highly recommend Nick and his crew.
