Nick and his team were amazing from the outset. Following an initial phone call, the online quoting process was straightforward with a price received by email within 24 hours. Upon acceptance, an appointment time was sent and amended without any fuss; the whole pre—appointment process was hitch free and convenient, being primarily conducted electronically. Despite numerous complications and a very tricky setup, Ben was able to get our various phase 1 jobs completed - including fitting our washing machine microplastic filter and our outside tap. Yes, they’re on the expensive side, but I’ve come to learn that you have to balance professionalism, efficiency and quality with price to get a good job done these days. Thanks Ben and Nick - looking forward to discussing phase 2 aka ‘doggy shower’…
