Staff was polite and courteous.
The doctor Nick, was dismissive to my husband and hesitant to help my little girl. The health issue she is having is serious and something we haven't dealt with before. He was not helpful or comforting. And could have easily diagnosed the issue if he had cared to. Instead it was up to us and we confirmed what we thought was wrong. She was a scared little girl and he made her feel worse. Maybe he was having a bad day or something. But the experience my husband and little girl had was not good.
