He doesn't deserve the one star. We filed a claim. He gave us a claim number that wasn't even a claim # or a phone # for State farm. After a week of waiting to hear from State Farm we called him back. He said he doesn't file the claims that we would need to call state farm ourselves. (I thought we did when we called him) we called the claim line and gave them the claim # he gave us which we were told was not a claim# at all.
