After waiting for my replacement couch I'm absolutely livid and horrified to discover after unpacking it, that it was damaged with some kind of staining on the end modular, the legs are alsodamaged and it has a very old smell. Furthermore, the couch came to me wrapped in plastic not packaged the same way that the originalcouch was delivered. Why did this come to me not in its original box with foam????? Wish I had read all these reviews before purchasing. Shocking experience. Departments don’t speak and this becomes a consumer problem. Items aren’t provided in the time despite being told it would be and paying premium prices. I won’t even mention the customer service because they wouldn’t know what that phrase meant.
