The experience of buying our lounge was overall pleasant. We were hoping to take it home with us on the day as we had the means to do so but we were informed that it had to delivered by Nick Scali for a delivery fee, which was fine. The lady asked if we were happy with delivery on Thursday which we informed her that my partner and I both work full time and my husband would need to take the day off to be home to accept the order. Great staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Staff were helpful in store. We purchased 2 lounges, advised it will take 3 weeks for delivery and they set the 19th July down (better than 12 weeks from their other store, but it is clearance floor stock. So it should be faster) Called them to follow up on our delivery on the 3rd week and our delivery was not set.. now they have booked in a tentative delivery date for a week later. I understand they have a lot of deliveries. But they only offer one day a week (Wednesday) to deliver and now we're without lounges for another ... read more
