Doesnt own up to his mistakes in damaging other peoples property whilst engaged to to a job, no you didnt apologise several times, you actually wont accept the damage done and your resolution was a half arsed solution, no way would l engage this clown to do anything, own up to your error and fix it.
I have engaged their service for my 2 story home, arrived on time and completed their job in very professional way . Highly recommended.
