Nick Sammons showed a wonderful home in north georgia and was very knowledgeable of the home that me and my girlfriend toured. He had amazing etiquette and service and made us laugh a couple of times along the way! Even if we do not end up purchasing this lovely home, we would do this experience again just to have the time with Nicholas!
We are very picky in our household. Nobody wants to commit to a home that they don’t love. Nick understood that.. over the course of 6 months, he personally toured 47 houses with us and took us to Arby’s after to discuss our opinions every single time I’ll admit, sometimes knowing I wouldn’t like the house, I’d go and look because I knew Nick would buy me and my wife a double beef ‘n’ cheddar after each tour.
