He was nice and prompt BUT he should have assessed the damage and told me it would need a whole lot more than what he could do because after he fixed the dent on the door, he showed me frame damage that I hadn’t noticed and said my car may need to be totaled out….if he told me that before he did all the work I would have paid my $500 insurance deductible instead of paying him $380. But if you have a small dent or something cosmetic, he’s really nice and convenient and fast.
