Hi all just want everyone to know about Dr Nick Rukin I’ve had a couple of procedures now with him over the last 12 months and he’s such a genuine guy and bed side manner is next level I was very nervous about my cancer diagnoious and treatment but he was so good at explaining it all in English and made me feel like I was he’s only patient nick and his staff are truly good people and caring Iam so glad that I meet nick and had all my medical needs met by him although it was a tough time for me they all made me feel at ease s... read more
I cannot recommend Dr Nick Rukin highly enough. He recently performed surgery at North West Private Hospital to treat my kidney stones, and the entire experience was outstanding. Beyond his exceptional medical expertise and professionalism, he has a wonderful character that made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Additionally, the nurses and office staff at the hospital were incredibly helpful and professional. I am super happy with the care I received and highly recommend this team.

My health journey last year had been chaotic and mentally as well as physically challenging. I can't praise Dr Rukin and his amazing staff enough. Having been told by an ER department that I needed surgery ASAP, then referred to 4 Urologists who all said they couldn't see me for 4-6 months, Dr Rukin looked at my referral and scans, then personally phoned me, explained the test results, options, and likely outcomes, and offered to add me to his surgery list for the next day.
