I've been using this company forever, and have always been pleased with them. I send everyone I know to them and have never heard a bad thing from anyone. I'm puzzled as to why some of these reviews are not good. Can't please everyone I guess. Keep up the good work Joe and Tony and everyone at the Nick Agency! Also for all you haters, I just saw in the paper this weekend that Joe Nick and his agency was awarded the People's Choice award for the BEST realtor and real estate agency in Okmulgee. Wow great Job Joe!

I absolutly recommend this agency for all your real estate needs. All the agents and especially the owner/broker, Joe Nick, are exceptionally friendly and knowledgable. My buying experience was very enjoyable and I highly recommend them to everyone.
Would not recommend at all, keep looking you will find some others with high ethical standards.
