I contacted State Farm for a quote on a Renter's Insurance policy, shortly after, I received a phone call from Aaron at Nick's office. Aaron was extremely helpful, responsive, professional, and quick. I didn't understand something on my quote, and when I asked Aaron he took his time to break it down in "non-insurance" terms for me to understand easily and comprehensively. So, thank you Aaron. I highly recommend working with him to get your needs taken care of!
Spoke to Aaron and I must say, I am very impressed with State Farm's customer service... a real delight in talking to, as he was approachable, efficient, courteous, honest and got straight to my quote, without all the spiels one gets with insurance companies... I highly recommend State Farm car insurance - I saved a pretty penny too changing policy with them... Try them out, give them a call, and ask for "Aaron"... let's give him a as many policies as possible, because that gentleman really SHOULD get a raise..! :-D Jazz :-)
My agent Kayla was the best agent I’ve ever spoke to and she was very knowledgeable of the policies in and out. She was very patient with me answering and explaining ever question I had along with advising me to do what was best for my finical situation. She also wished me well by her knowing I have cancer!! She was awesome and very caring about me knowing my options with my policies!! Thank you Kayla for making my day and making me smile knowing I chose the right insurance agency to cover my needs!!
Agent Aaron Scott was very very helpful in helping me with becoming a new policy holder with State Farm. He is very knowledgeable. Most of all he didn’t rush me in deciding whether I wanted to change or continue with my current insurance company and he wasn’t pushy like some other agents. Thank you Aaron
