Aaron was really nice and helpful. He really helped me get the best policy with rates that worked for me. It was a joy speaking with him and having him assist me with my insurance needs.
Kasey was incredibly helpful and friendly. I genuinely enjoyed talking with her as we made adjustments on the policy. 5 stars!
I had one day off due to the weather to have time to speak with the life insurance guru and when I called the first time I was told that I didn't have a policy in their office which was false and after I nailed that part down I called back and was to that the life insurance guru would contact me in about 30 minutes which would have been 2:30 come 4:30 I still hadn't received that call and I realized when I called them back after 4:30 that they closed at 4:30 instead of 5 like normal businesses
