Amazing experience! I was absolutely terrified of the whole process and Dr. N. Patel, Emma and Jay at his office really put me at ease. The surgery center was fantastic and a nice new building and well maintained facility. My anesthesiologist was amazing and she was very attentive and listened to my concerns and checked in with me after my surgery!! And the surgery room staff was awesome and kind!! Dr Patel is great! He did my hip replacement surgery last year! Did awesome job and I feel great! Now getting ready for a knee replacement and I don’t trust anyone else then Dr Patel to do my surgery! He and his team are awesome!
Dr Patel and his PA Jay are wonderful doctors! My upcoming knee surgery is making me very anxious. However, I know that I am in very good hands with this practice and with Dr Patel and his team. They have been nothing sort of compassionate and understanding. In addition, their record Of successful surgeries makes me feel nothing but Promise for a great future and being able to walk and exercise again! I rate Them all at A+ plus!
Dr. Patel was prompt, friendly, and took time to explain in non-technical terms what the issues were. Took time to show me my X-rays and provide all treatment options available.
I had a very good experience at every DOS facility I've been to. I've been to there PT In Middletown OT in limestone medical center a couple of the drs offices, imaging, and the surgicenter and all of these facilities were ran very efficiently. I've never waited at any of them more than 5 mins Sr Patel was very attentive to my needs and even called me on a Sunday night before surgery to make sure all was well.
