This is a great insurance company. They really care about their customers and do everything possible to help them out to get the best rates possible. A great group of people that work here. They're all friendly and attentive.
Insurance is intimidating but not with Nick’s office. Jo, Dan and Stasia are so courteous and knowledgeable they make it easy. In fact I’m moving out of the area but keeping them as my insurance carrier because of the great service.
I had to have a change to my renters policy and they made the change quickly. Overall great place to get insurance from love that it’s local.
Dan Allen did a great job helping my family out with not only securing on-road insurance for our new LSV (golf cart), but also helped us switch all of our vehicle and home policies to State Farm. Originally, Dan said he would not be able to help with the LSV insurance, as most companies were saying.
