Real review here : If you are looking to buy a used car from this place DONT. My car had check engine and Transmission issues STRAIGHT off the lot and they refused to take responsibility for the issues. The only thing that is going to save me is that I bought a service contract for over 2 grand extra on my Loan....and im lucky I did. Not even a week after getting the vehicle. I like to thank Tyler who went above and beyond his professionalism to accommodate me during the time my vehicle was disabled. He made sure every little detail was inspected before he Released my car back to me. Thank you Tyler you made me very satisfied.
Horrible customer service - would make 0 stars if I could. Booked an appointment online and sent a separate request to have my car picked up over a week ago. Nick Mayer's team never reached out to schedule a pickup. I've called the company 3 times this morning and my car was to be picked up an hour ago. Each time I've gotten a different response.
