Today was my first & last visit to NK4WD. They don't do M.O.T's on site. There was a delay at the place they take the cars to. An hour and a half after the car was booked in it still wasn't back. No one could be bothered to inform me that there was a delay even though I was sat in reception. I also had air con regassing booked, they couldn't do it because once they plugged the machine into the car it wouldn't work. I wasn't even booked in, I needed help with a diagnostic report which Alistair and his team did instantly as a favour, free of charge. Furthermore I then needed documentation done and Ian Peachy gladly agreed to help me. Unbelievably helpful, kind people. Thank you!
Great team at NK4WD and very supportive; diagnosed the issue and recommneded a Range Rover spcialist to address the engine refurb/rebuild. Would certainly recommend them for any Land Rover / Range Rover / Jaguar matters. Many thanks.
