I was in mortgages for 5 years before transitioning to insurance. I have heard and experienced horrific loan processes. Nick and his assisted us with our purchase in Colorado while we were residing in Ohio. It could not have been a better experience working with Nick them. We will never think about using anyone else. So grateful for Nick and his team! We came to Nick in a crunch for time and their team worked tirelessly to see that not only did our loan close on time, but that we had the best possible experience. Buying a home is about as stressful as it gets, especially when it entails a Cross-Country move - about the only smooth part of our transition was working with Nick. If I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would. Will use Nick for every loan from here on out. Thanks again, Nick & Team - y'all are the greatest.

I am a newbie homeowner - Nick was VERY patient with me and kindly walked me through this entire process. He never got annoyed by my newbie questions and provided very fulfilling explanations. I also think Nick is a very sincere person. At first I was afraid of everything and couldn't believe anyone, but he continuously showed his support and his good intentions. Now I 100% believe in Nick and I will 100% recommend him to my friends and family!

Nick and his team were all very awesome, and made the usual painful process of doing a mortgage super easy. It was almost as easy as a few clicks here, and there and then done! Any refi work we do in the future when the rates drop, we're going there first!
