For the past 3 hours, Nick El-Tawil has hosted a broker open house with loud pulsating club music. He's disturbed the neighbors with a crazy amount of noise which can be heard inside our homes. This is unprofessional. What a stupid way to sell a house, annoying your future neighbors. As for your response, appreciate it, but, this kind of thump thump noise extends in every direction. Easy experience. Answered the questions we had let us browse at our own pace. Process start to finish was less stressful than expected. Would recommend!
Nick was so helpful in helping me find my new home, as well as sell my old home. He knew what I was looking for in a new home and gave great suggestions on areas and houses to look at. I very much appreciated his advice in pricing and staging to ensure we were able to sell my old home quickly. Would definitely recommend his services and will be using him for future real estate needs!
