I had gone out to see the vehicle many weeks ago, but never even sat in it because it reeked of cigarette smoke (I had a nice sales guy who agreed with me about the smell). It remained for sale, so I contacted them through Cargurus to see if they had figured out a way to get rid of the smell. They responded right away that the car still had an odor despite their best efforts, so their honesty saved me a wasted trip.
contacted me the next day. I set up an appointment to view, we worked through the details & pricing. I purchased truck the following week.
The service was great, but a very nice quality vehicle.
