Man - Lanessa is hands down the best designer I’ve ever worked with. She told me she preferred to stay behind the scenes bc she isn’t meant to deal with rude people but I told her I was easy and I hope I was girl. I love my cards and I’ve had so many complements on my outdoor sign. Killed it. I called ever single place in and around town and it took most people a week to even call me back. WOULD USE THESE GUYS ANY DAY! THE CRAZY LADY THAT SAID THEIR ORDER WOULD BE READY BEFORE CHRISTMAS, ( They had a emergency c section and had a baby in the NICU for 2 weeks) The owners are good customers of mine, and vice versa and some people need a good whoopin or get their facts right! LOVE YALL!
Ive used this business for business marketing supplies for years . I’m always greeted with a smile and the owners go out of their way to sit down with me and make changes to my business needs when needed . Needs like updating my business cards , tips on ideas to make my business more professional to better serve my customers. . I ordered a banner which had a few mistakes I asked to be fixed which took months. When I went to check again if it was ready, it still was not fixed and the owners wife was extremely rude and lied to say “well I’m doing this for free” when I had already paid for the banner, when I confronted her with the truth she then threw me out the store and rolled my banner up and walked away.
