Reliable plumber you can trust. Has done work regularly and never any problems.
Every time I called to arrange a time to sort our heating out I was given a woolly time and date he will call around, and every time having waited in for this guy he NEVER SHOWS UP! I had taken time off of work twice now! Bloody annoying that you’ve wasted my time…I should be billing you for my wasted time and lost wages! How would you like it if I promise to sort your van out and couldn’t be bothered to turn up? Loosing you revenue? Be different then wouldn’t it 🤬
A no show on every occasion he arranged to visit, if you’re not going to turn up at least call and tell me! Waiting for someone to not turn up is not nice and a complete wast of my holidays! How would YOU LIKE IT IF I DID THAT TO YOU?
Terrible communication and the job was priced so high. Very disappointed.
