Very misleading and made us feel pressured to agree to a modification (8 months later) we were not comfortable with because they misrepresented our final due date. We were threatened the loan would be due in full now if we didn’t sign their modification. The original paperwork was what we agreed to and correct but they made an error. We would have never moved forward having two payments due as a final payment. The maturity date is now a full month before our final payment is due. He was very kind and patient with me. He answered my questions thoroughly and was always willing and available to answer phone calls, e-mails, and texts. He got me help with a down payment for a house, and made our dream possible. His staff was very supportive and quickly got all of our paperwork done and submitted. I’m so grateful to Nick and his team for helping us get through this process and into our new home!
