Nick Athanail and Spencer Cutler did a spectacular job selling our Upper East Side studio coop. Great advice at every step of the way, starting with pricing based on market analysis, including referral to a fine staging provider that provided rented decor, and all the way through to getting multiple bids at the initial asking price and selecting a buyer who breezed through the coop board’s approval process.
