Nick did an amazing job selling my in laws home when they moved into an assisted living community. His communication is excellent, timely and he educates you as to the market and what to expect throughout the experience. He suggested we get all inspections done prior to listing so we could disclose any issues since we had not lived in the home, was present with all inspectors and used the information to help price the home accordingly due to some issues that were found.
