Nicholsons were out of business but nothing said that online so I found out when I got there, 60 mile round trip for nothing
costumer service is bad, seller are rude, overprice, The store is ok.
If you live in Ann Arbor they are close and convenient and they can do basic scheduled maintenance, but not much else. Customer service is terrible - don't expect anyone to be there to help you promptly and if you call on the phone you can expect long hold times. I have a laundry list of issues with these guys. I will go there for an oil change and a new tire but not much else.
Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. The staff have no idea how to respect their customers, and they lack even the most basic courtesy in person and over the phone. I had to come to the store multiple times because I was told my bike was ready for pick up when it actually wasn't. I'm now riding farther away for my bike service, but it is worth it
Terrible Service. Very dishonest people who do not stand by their word. No integrity. You cant run a successful business without integrity and they dont have any. I brought something in for them to fix and they charged me for a new part even though the other one was fine. They wouldnt stand by their word and their work even after I and showed them their error. I would not advise working with them.
