Regarding my earlier review... This case has been resolved. A co-owner of the establishment has sincerely apologized. While people and businesses should be held accountable for their actions, aggrieved parties can and should accept heartfelt apologies and forgive. While callously wronged and shamed, I feel this establishment did the right thing in the end. It wasn't easy for either of us, but I consider this over. I rescind my complaint.
Stay FAR, FAR away from this place. I dropped off a one-way Uhaul truck there, and when I contested extra charges on my credit card, the burley man behind the counter approached me threateningly, picking a fight, obviously intent on jumping over the counter and beating me up right there for having the audacity to . I believed him. The other guy didn't intervene or anything.
