I would like to raise a concern about my recent appointment with the doctor. I felt I was not given the chance to fully explain my symptoms.
Had to call to get my results back 1 month later after doing the test and then they lie to me and say they sent me a text message to let me know that my results are in which is absolute bullshit. Nothing was sent to notify me that my results were in and the customer service from the receptionist Is so unprofessional
This was our first visit, and I can honestly say I highly recommend this clinic. From the reception staff to, I believe, the reception supervisor, everyone was warm, welcoming, and friendly. A special mention to the reception supervisor, who was one of the highlights of our visit. She made me feel so comfortable, genuinely welcomed, and even expected before we arrived.
