Our older storage building on Camano Island needed painting badly. It's the only building on some acreage we have, and we live quite a ways away, in Redmond. I contacted Eric, and he went to the property, inspected it, and gave me a quote. The price was reasonable and I asked him to proceed. We did not meet in person and he did not require a deposit.
