Did a least amount of work that they could get the unit going charged large price left parts apart will never use again
Brian Johnson responded and repaired our A/C unit. He was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable in his work. He thoroughly explained the importance of maintenance issues, which i needed to learn about. He helped sign us up for the Step-Ahead maintenance program, as well. His professionalism and service reflect highly on your business, and I plan on not only continuing as a customer, but I will gladly refer any other potential customers to your business, too!!! It took weeks for an estimate and then they wanted 2800$ to install 100$ part. No way.
