We just finished a 2night stay at The Nicholson House. Every year we take a couple of days away from our work to focus on our business. We always aim to stay at places that are inspiring and will help us get in our creative flow. We also look for places that have good space for us to work while also having easily accessible places to eat, walk, and have some leisure time. Nicholson House checked all those boxes. We had an outstanding experience with Nicholson House, as well as the owner, Mollie, and her team. She was super responsive when we had to change the dates of our stay, and making a reservation with her at Cafe Beaujolais was a breeze. When we arrived, I was immediately taken by the attention to detail, both in the room furnishings and the experiences we had as guests. This boutique inn is a dream! From the easy, clear communication for check-in to the beautifully appointed rooms and bathroom, we were in the lap of luxury for our night at Nicholson House. I loved the vinyl records, the scrabble board, the delicious treats, and the location in the heart of Mendocino was perfect. Complimentary morning coffee and pastries at the Waiting Room next door was a great touch. I couldn’t recommend Nicholson House more! 5 stars!
🤩 We LOVED our stay in this quaint House filled with charm and a beautiful garden. It was clean and quiet and the perfect location from which walk around town. Highly recommend!
