I set up three different service appointments with Nicholson. The first appointment was essentially a no-show. I had given them my mobile number to call, they called my office number after hours to tell me they wouldn't be able to make the service call. They did reschedule for the next day and the technician was timely and professional. Several months later, I set up a plumbing appointment. My upstairs a/c went down in the middle of the heat wave a couple of weeks ago. I called Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning, who had replace my main floor system. Within 15 minutes I had someone at my house to quote a new system. They're quote was very reasonable and I was up and running two days later. I'm a loyal customer.
