John helped us on a bathroom demo- tub/tile removal, and he put a fresh skim coat on the walls. He was efficient and professional, and the skim coat on the walls turned out great and was complimented by our next contractor. We appreciated that he gave us good advice on our remodel project, outside the scope of his work. His pricing was very fair and upfront- no surprises. Fully recommended!
$99 service fee just to look
Brad came and did some repairs in our walls today. He was on time, listened to what I wanted, walked me through the process and did a fabulous job. He also replaced tiles in my shower that look fabulous.Our house has a unique texture and he was able to match it nearly perfectly. I have already called my mom and given her the number to Hanks. I would recommend Nicholson Handyman to anyone in need of quality work.
This is definitely a scam, as is Sherman Handyman and others that have the same look to their website. They sell you a package to waive the fee for estimates and then don't show up. The prices on the estimate I did receive were insane. One example... $220 to paint a 1x6 board less than 3 feet long.
I cannot say enough great things about Nicholson Handyman. I called for unhooking of my water and electrical in preparation for my new counter tops.
