Building a house is no simple undertaking and finding the right team to do it is equally challenging. We are so fortunate we found Nicholson and Sun and they took on our project. This project was a delight for me. From the beginning to end it was smooth, professional, detailed and thorough. I had a "green" house built with high level insulation, air sealing, solar power, etc. Nicholson did both the architecture and the entire build. I've been building with ICF construction for its durability, insulation value and sound sealing. The method used on this project was double stud construction and high levels of insulation. Don and his team completed my home July 2023 - everything was seamless in terms of the process from picking out the lot location, to selecting the different customizations and scheduling the walk through, inspection, etc. He provided me updates and options in terms of ways I could optimize the house which I greatly appreciated!
