Nicholson Air Duct Cleaners Arrived on schedule. Very courteous and competent, as well as simply good people. They did an excellent job, and I would definitely use and recommend them in the future.
My new washer and dryer combo keeps on stopping when I dry. It's always asked to have the lint filter cleaned when it's very clean and free from lint. So we called it in to be serviced. The technician said it's not the machine, it's a dryer vent issue. So I took their service and man they were fast. Nicholson Air Duct Cleaners were able to set me up the next day and Frank was a great guy. He came earlier than expected and finished the job in a little over an hour. Cannot comment on actual services since I need more specific services but great communication which is already a win. Took the time to explain the process of what air duct cleaning consists of and gave me specific recommendations on what to ask for when I called other companies to make sure I had my issue taken care of correctly. Highly appreciated!
