I have been going to Nichols for over 3 years. If they can't get you an appointment you could walk in. Yes, it took alittle longer, but at least your pet was seen. I tried making an appointment for my dogs ears to be checked but couldn't get an appointment for over 2 weeks so I took him in as a walk in. Got their at 9am and was 3rd one in and was told they weren't doing walk ins because they only had 1 vet! What happened to this place? All the regular doctors have left, retired...5 months ago I left a great review...not now....I'm not happy with this clinic any longer...all the regular office people have left too,even the vet technicians are gone....this was taken over by a corporation and now it's not good...After what happened to me over 2 days I pulled my girls record...I'm not going back and God bless any of you that do....I found my girls original doctor out of nichols,Nichols, goodness!!!!

The office is Disgusting and dirty they take on more Patients than they can handle the phones just ring or it's busy for long periods of time and then get put on hold . When you're finally seen it's a production line making alot of money and zero dollars being put into the office you would think they would hire someone to clean up the office with the money they're bringing in. This is nothing new it's been like that for years.

I was told that the office visit was 47 which I was ok with but at the end of the visit I was told there was additional $20.00 walk in fee because I didn’t make appointment. How fucked up is that. They should had told me about the 20 fee when I called and told them that I was coming. Every cunt at Nichols vet should drop dead of breast cancers I fuck you’s all. Just to let everyone one know Nichols vet charges a $20 walk-in fee for the pet visit how fucked up is that. I wish breast cancer for every cunt that works at Nichols... read more
