The only good thing i have to say about this place is the maintenance man is cool. I've lived there and it's not that great! Hopefully if you live there or want to live there I hope you don't ever do anything to upset the owner even if you were polite he will cuss you out bc he's rude and immature. Also if certain residents who live there don't like you, you will get nitpicked and targeted with false accusations

Great owner, great management, and peaceful!
Clean apartments. Neighbors stick to themselves. Polite manager, and a hands on owner who keeps the place updated and clean. 😁
Very nice community. Quiet and convient location. Owner keeps things very nice. Property manager is very kind and willing to assist and educate tenants on policies. Nicest HUD property I’ve ever seen.
