I just had the best experience at Nichols. I went in for a ski tuneup. Unfortunately, my equipment was quite old and not worth putting money into. The talked me into renting instead of buying. Rich and Jack took great care in fitting me as well as making sure I got the right equipment. I look forward to going back to Nichols again. Great Job Jack and Rich!!!!
Rented skis for our up north ski weekend, staff was very helpful & knowledgable. Will definitely rent from Nichols again & will buy any ski stuff we are in market for there!

This family has been part of my life for 40 years. I grew up in the sport of skiing with and because of the Nichols family. They are absolutely the best in the business, and the top notch customer service (boot fitting) I experienced with Tom this year was awesome. I love all of you guys!

Called to look Into custom boot fitting ! I was blown away with the customer service and their willingness to make my boots work for me. Turned out that my boots were too big. They were patient and took the time to educate me on how a boot should fit. After trying on every brand I was able to find a boot to suit my taste. Now I know what the wife feels like when she gets new shoes ! Thanks Nichols �
