I can't tell you enough of how wonderful Sue and her staff were to my mother who was a resident there for more than 4 years. For my mom it was like she found a second family and loved living there. What I liked the most about Nichols Senior Care is that they are smaller and have a good staff to patient ratio. I know my mother was sometimes a challenge to care for but I never felt like the staff or Sue let this bother them, they just did what they do everyday take care of my mom as if she was their Mother.
