The customer service is horrible. The lady had me on speaker phone that is extrememly loud. After telling her, she did not adjust the volume. Her attitude was short. It has been my experience businesses like this are making too much money so they DO NOT value their customer base. I am reporting them to the BBB as well. Be careful.
The tenants that live in my home had a severe blockage that caused contaminated water to back up into all plumbed areas of the home, and were forced to travel to use public restrooms. My home warranty company called Sunday night to order an emergency repair, and the Nichol's representative (I use the term loosely) let us know that they would be responding first thing in the morning. We called to get the well pump motor replaced and requested with the technician to give an call to us before any work gets done. The technicians didn't call us and they started woring on our pipes around the pump and pump while we were still sleeping. I have never had any technician from any kind of company start work on someones property without someone from the property there. HAD A HOT WATER HEATER INSTALLED BY JOHN PAUL VERY PROFESSIONAL MATTERS N TOP INSTALLATION MY ONLY BAD THING IS THEY CHARGE ME 40.00 FOR PIPE INSTALATION (FOAM AROUND PIPE) ABOUT 6.00 IN HOME DEPOT CHARGE ME WAY OVER TOOK A WHOLE 15 SECONDS 2 PUT ON SO THERE WAS NO LABOR INVOLVED MR. RUSSO
I have American Home Shield 1 year home warranty. They sent Nichols Plumbing out to do the plumbing leaks and repairs. They were very prompt and did a good job for what was needed. They repaired a sink leak, a master bathroom leak, and fixed my water heater. There were two elements in the water heater and they were set at different temperatures. Therefore, my hot water heater was really struggleing sometimes and sometimes it was working as intended. They have serviced my house before and are very quick and efficient.
I have placed a request for service and followed up with 2 additional phone calls over the span of 2 weeks. This morning I have a voice mail message from them. I have repeatedly called for 15 minutes to receive a busy signal with no voice mail or alternate number option.
