Just had the pleasure of meeting Paul for the first time today, he stayed late for me so I could come down and buy a jackplate from him at a lower price than I could find anywhere, if you buy a bullet boat and start asking around for information and what’s best then the name Paul Nichols is gonna be brought up, guy is a genius with boats and engines, super nice guy and extremely helpful with info, soddy daisy is over a 2hr ride for me but I’ll never go anywheres else after today.
I would get estimates before you trust Nichols marine, told them motor was knocking , they said lower unit, less the 9hrs on $12,000 lower unit and motor blows, just saying BEWARE
