Always great service.
At one time this would have been a 5 star review. I had an agent that would pick up the phone and answer. If she was unable she'd call you back. I found out that she had left. I stayed with Nichols because I rarely make a claim. Recently I called no less than 3 times. Each time no one answered the phone. Each time I left a message asking for a call back because I needed to change some parts of my policy. At no time did I receive a call back. In a service industry the key to success is SERVICE. Run!!! Don't walk but Run!!!!! This company never returns any calls. They give you misinformation about a policy your paying them a commission for. The service is horrible (they speak with you like your a bother) if you do get a chance to speak without.
